Ricerche storico giuridiche sulle società segrete in Piemonte tra Antico Regime e Restaurazione

This thesis focuses on the secret societies in Piedmont between the XVIII and the XIX century. It analyzed the relationship between the masons and the Piedmont government and his regulation. It is also described the relationship between the mason and the Catholic Church. In the central part there are explained three trials in 1821 and 1831. In conclusion it's also defined the difference between masonry and the Carbonari.

Questa tesi si concentra sulle società segrete in Piemonte tra il XVIII e XIX secolo. È analizzato il rapporto tra la massoneria e il governo piemontese e la sua regolamentazione. È inoltre descritto il rapporto con la Chiesa cattolica. Nella parte centrale vengono illustrati tre processi nel 1821 e nel 1831. Infine viene definita la differenza tra massoneria e carboneria.
