Il tempo al plurale. Cassirer e la teoria della relatività

The thesis is a reconstruction of the philosophical reflections on the concept of time by Cassirer, in particular the attempt on the one hand to conjugate the transcendental aesthetic of Kant and the theory of relativity of Einstein, on the other hand to show how the physic time is not the only kind of time, neither the truer. The concept of time is polymorphic and manifold and it can be conjugated only in the plural.

Il lavoro ripercorre le tappe essenziali del percorso filosofico sul concetto di tempo di Cassirer, in particolare il tentativo da un lato di coniugare l'estetica trascendentale di Kant e la teoria della relatività di Einstien, dall'altro di mostrare come il tempo fisico non sia l'unico tipo di tempo, né il più vero. Il concetto di tempo è polimorfo e variegato e si può coniugare solo al plurale.
