Il modello LMX: uno studio sulle sue conseguenze nel contesto organizzativo.​

The paper focuses on the study of LMX, leader-member exchange. The following model is based on the importance of establishing a high-quality relationship between the two members of the exchange. Starting from an analysis of the construct, from its birth to today, and examining the situations that help its development, the paper specifically studies some concrete and useful consequences that LMX can have in an organizational context. Thanks to the deepening of past researches and to the theories that have derived from it, it has been possible to build a study on some of the consequences in a hospital context, using a sample of nurses from different areas of the service. The correlation between LMX and four different outcomes was positive. It'll be interesting, through future researches, to investigate how some moderators influence the relationships between these variables.​

L'elaborato si focalizza sullo studio dell'LMX, leader-member exchange. Il seguente modello si basa sull'importanza di instaurare una relazione di alta qualità tra i due membri dello scambio. Partendo da un'analisi del costrutto, dalla sua nascita ad oggi, ed esaminando le situazioni che aiutano il suo sviluppo, l'elaborato studia nello specifico alcune conseguenze concrete e vantaggiose che l'LMX può avere in un contesto organizzativo. Grazie all'approfondimento delle ricerche passate e delle teorie che da esse ne sono derivate, è stato possibile costruire uno studio su alcune delle conseguenze in un contesto ospedaliero, utilizzando un campione formato da infermieri provenienti da diverse aree del servizio. La correlazione tra LMX e quattro diversi outcome è risultata positiva. Sarà interessante, attraverso ricerche future, indagare come alcuni moderatori influenzino le relazioni tra queste variabili.​
