Competenze politiche per il successo in ambito gestione finanziaria

Lo scopo principale di questa tesi è dimostrare che le soft skills sono abilità apprendibili e sono direttamente correlate al successo della gestione finanziaria per tutti i progetti di diverso tipo poiché, in base alla loro definizione, sono competenze trasversali. L'interesse per questo argomento deriva dal fatto che è stato dimostrato che il successo finale di progetti in diversi campi dipende fortemente dalla capacità del leader di padroneggiare un insieme di soft skills, diverse a seconda dell'ambito del progetto.  Il problema principale nella società moderna è che la maggioranza persone crede che le competenze trasversali siano abilità innate e le persone non credono che qualcuno possa apprendere questo tipo di abilità. Attraverso questa tesi analizzeremo alcune delle principali letterature su questo argomento e mostreremo con esempi reali come l'insieme selezionato di competenze trasversali può essere utilizzato e gestito al fine di massimizzare il successo della gestione finanziaria. Dopo la lettura di questa tesi, l'utente finale dovrebbe essere in grado di comprendere meglio le capacità di leadership ed essere in grado di applicare queste abilità nella sua vita privata e professionale.

The primary aim of this master thesis is to demonstrate that the soft skills are learnable skills, and they are directly related to the Financial Management success to all kind projects since by their definition they are transversal skills. The interest in this topic comes from the fact that it has been shown that the final success of projects in different fields highly depend form the leader's ability to master a set of soft skills, different soft skills may be required from different kind of projects. The main problem in the modern society is that the big vastity of people believe that the soft skills are innate skills, and people do not believe that someone can lean this kind of skills. Through this thesis we will analyze some of the main literatures on this topic and we will show by real examples how the selected set of soft skills can be used and managed in order to maximize the financial management success. After of the reading of this thesis the final user should be able to have a better understanding of the leadership skills and be able to apply these skills in his private and professional life.
