Le metodologie di Project Management e il controllo di gestione nelle imprese alberghiere

The thesis work is structured with an analysis of the characteristics of the information systems, an overview of the various methodologies that characterize the Project Management and the so-called management control for companies, specifically for the hotel companies. Everything is supported in the last chapter from the creation and presentation of a project for the construction of an information system for a hypothetical hostel in the center of Turin.

L'intero elaborato è strutturato con un'analisi delle caratteristiche dei sistemi informativi, una panoramica sulle varie metodologie che caratterizzano il Project Management e il cosiddetto controllo di gestione per le imprese, nello specifico per le imprese alberghiere. Il tutto è supportato nell'ultimo capitolo dalla creazione e presentazione di un progetto per la costruzione di un sistema informativo per un ipotetico ostello nel centro di Torino.
