L'implantation durable de Altrad Italia sur les marchés étrangers

The aim of this dissertation is to analyse the various options available to the company in order to establish a long-term presence in certain foreign markets and no longer be dependent on the domestic market. In order to answer this question, we will also analyse the target markets and the environment of the company and the group to which it belongs.

L'objectif de ce mémoire est d'analyser les différentes options dont dispose l'entreprise afin de s'installer durablement sur certains marchés à l'étranger et de ne plus etre dépendant du marché national. Afin de répondre à la question, nous analyserons également les marchés visés et l'environnement de l'entreprise et du groupe dont elle fait partie.
