L'attaccamento al padre e la regolazione emotiva nel bambino.

The purpose of this thesis is to underline the importance of attachment to the father and how this influeces the emotional regulation in the infant. The first chapter includes a short excursus on the attachment theory and the new perspectives associated, in particular the theory of multiple attachments. Then some of the most important studies concerning the father figure in attachment theory are carried over. The second chapter, however, describes the emotional regulation and its development. Finally, the third chapter focuses on the predictive value of attachment to father for emotional regulation in child.

Questa tesi si propone di sottolineare l'importanza dell'attaccamento al padre e come quest'ultimo influenzi la regolazione delle emozioni nell'infante. Nel primo capitolo viene riportato un breve excursus sulla teoria dell'attaccamento e sulle nuove prospettive ad essa associate, in particolare la teorizzazione degli attaccamenti multipli. In seguito, vengono revisionati alcuni degli studi più importanti riguardanti la figura paterna nella teoria dell'attaccamento. Nel secondo capitolo, invece, viene descritto che cosa si intenda per regolazione emotiva e il suo sviluppo. Infine, il terzo ed ultimo capitolo si focalizza sul valore predittivo che l'attaccamento al padre avrebbe rispetto la regolazione delle emozioni nel bambino, durante l'infanzia.
