Ambienti intelligenti: problematiche e prospettive tecnico-giuridiche

This thesis aims to analyze in detail the theme of Ambient Intelligence, both from a purely technical point of view and in relation to the current legal framework. The thesis will be structured in three chapters, each of which will offer the reader a point of observation about the different aspects of Ambient Intelligence. Starting from a general technical analysis of the elements related to the Ambient Intelligence, a more detailed study will follow on a particular category of these systems, that of the Smart Homes. The discussion will end, shifting the focus from the technical to the legal.

La presente tesi si propone di analizzare in modo dettagliato il tema degli ambienti intelligenti, sia sotto il profilo prettamente tecnico, sia in rapporto alla cornice giuridica attuale. La tesi sarà strutturata in tre capitoli, ciascuno dei quali offrirà al lettore un punto di osservazione sui diversi aspetti degli ambienti intelligenti. Partendo da un'analisi generale sugli elementi di carattere prettamente tecnico legati all'Ambient Intelligence, seguirà uno studio più dettagliato su una particolare categoria di questi sistemi, quella delle Smart Homes. La trattazione del tema si chiuderà poi spostando l'attenzione dall'ambito tecnico a quello giuridico.
