Il cyberbullismo: un'emergenza educativa digitale

This thesis'objective is to investigate about youth in relation to the web activities. The focus is the phenomenon of cyberbullying and the factors connected to it. The dissertation analyzes the origins of bullying and cyberbullying, trying to answer to the question for which they are the evolution of each other or they are two different phenomenons. For this reasons there is an analysis of the many theories indicate from different authors. There is the examination to the connection through new generations and technologies. At the end the attention is on normative aspects related to the cyberbullying and the focus is also on the preventive actions on the national and international territory.

L'obiettivo che la presente tesi si propone è quello di indagare sulla questione riguardante il disagio giovanile in relazione alle attività svolte online. Il focus è costituito dal fenomeno del cyberbullismo e dai fattori connessi ad esso. Inizialmente viene analizzata l'origine del bullismo e del cyberbullismo, tentando di rispondere alla domanda per cui essi sono l'uno l'evoluzione dell'altro o se si tratta di due fenomeni distinti. Perciò vengono passate in rassegna le diverse definizioni date da vari autori nel corso del tempo. Poi viene esaminato il rapporto tra le nuove generazioni e le tecnologie. Infine l'attenzione passa sugli aspetti normativi legati al bullismo digitale, e alle azioni preventive attivate sul territorio nazionale e internazionale.
