LIBANO, UNA MERAVIGLIOSA TERRA NEL CUORE DEL MONDO ARABO

At one time there was a country where the example of coexistence between different religions and different ethnic groups, whether real or false as they were, was the basis of coexistence of different peoples. The difficult co-existence has ceased to exist after the civil war, which ended in the late 1980s, in which a country, reputedly the Eastern paradise, turned into a hell where there was more harmony among peoples but a hatred towards everyone who had ruined its stability. The aim of this thesis is oriented to the deepening of social and evolutionary dynamics of this country, where the coexistence model is now a distant memory. Some scholars even go much further, declaring that this model was simply a cliché, capable of hiding the truth of a divided country and mined inside by strong demographic and economic imbalances. The thesis that I produce is developed on three chapters, in which the first will deepen the origins and formation of this country, emphasizing the dynamics and the various dominations that have characterised this territory. In addition to the discussion of the Foundation of this State, cultural and ethnic diversity are treated who have settled in the country, stressing their ability to live peacefully among themselves.In the second chapter is addressed and discussed one of the most significant periods in the history of Lebanon, since the country has to host the great migration of the Palestinian people, who emigrated from Jordan, en masse after the "Black September". The arrival of the Palestinian people has led to a period of instability of social dynamics and peaceful of the Lebanese people, since because of the contrasts between Palestinians and Israelis, Lebanon is found initially into a civil war and then subsequently invaded by the Israeli people.In the second chapter, it is synthesized what the different ethnic groups had to cross during the Israeli invasion, because the Palestinian people initially welcomed during the emigration from Jordan, started planning and implementing several attacks from Lebanese territory, jeopardizing not only the security of the Palestinian people but also the integrity and stability of the different ethnic groups living on the Lebanese territory.The thesis concludes with the third installment in stressing the importance of the intervention of the multinational forces that were indispensable for bringing a peaceful balance in this territory, although the calm is sharply apparent since, in this area there is always a struggle between the parties so that one of them may predominate over others. In the last two decades the party of "hezbollah" managed to predominate over other standing out and creating an enterprise compact and well organized unlike other parties. In the third chapter is illustrated the party organization "hezbollah" detailing and analyzing the fundamentals of this organization that nowadays is still influential and crucial in this area.The thesis concludes with the importance of the intervention of the multinational force, in particular with the intervention of the Italian contingent that has managed to stand out and to enter the heart of the Lebanese people, thanks to the decisive and professional approach that the Italian soldiers had against these.

Un tempo è esistito un paese in cui l'esempio della coesistenza fra diverse religioni e diverse etnie, reali o falsa che fossero, era alla base della convivenza dei diversi popoli. La difficile coesistenza è venuta a mancare dopo la guerra civile, terminata alla fine degli anni ottanta, in cui un Paese, reputato il paradiso orientale, si trasformò in un inferno in cui non vi era più armonia fra i popoli ma un odio verso tutti coloro che avevano rovinato la sua stabilità. L'obiettivo di questa tesi è orientato all'approfondimento delle dinamiche sociali ed evolutive di questo paese, in cui il modello di coesistenza è ormai un ricordo lontano. Alcuni studiosi addirittura si spingono decisamente oltre, dichiarando che questo modello abbia rappresentato più semplicemente un luogo comune, capace di nascondere la verità di un Paese diviso e minato al suo interno da forti squilibri demografici ed economici. La tesi che ho prodotto è sviluppata su tre capitoli, in cui nel primo si approfondiscono le origini e la formazione di questo paese, sottolineando le dinamiche e le varie dominazioni che hanno caratterizzato questo territorio. Oltre alla trattazione della fondazione di questo Stato, vengono trattate anche le diversità culturali ed etniche che si sono insediate nel paese, sottolineando la loro capacità di convivere pacificamente tra di loro. Nel secondo capitolo viene invece affrontato e discusso uno dei periodi più significativi della storia libanese, poiché il paese si ritrova ad ospitare il grande flusso migratorio del popolo palestinese, il quale, in massa emigrava dalla Giordania dopo il ¿Settembre nero¿. L'arrivo del popolo palestinese ha portato ad un periodo d' instabilità delle dinamiche sociali e pacifiche del popolo libanese, poiché a causa dei contrasti fra palestinesi ed israeliani, il Libano si ritrova inizialmente in una guerra civile e poi successivamente invaso dal popolo israeliano. Nel secondo capitolo, viene sintetizzato ciò che le diverse etnie hanno dovuto attraversare durante l'invasione israeliana, poiché il popolo palestinese, inizialmente accolto durante l'emigrazione dalla Giordania, iniziò a pianificare ed attuare diversi attacchi dal territorio libanese, mettendo a repentaglio non solo la sicurezza del popolo palestinese ma anche l'integrità e la stabilità delle diverse etnie che vivevano sul territorio libanese. La tesi si conclude con il terzo capitolo in cui viene sottolineata l'importanza dell'intervento delle forze multinazionali che furono indispensabili per aver riportato un equilibrio pacifico in questo territorio, anche se la tranquillità è nettamente apparente poiché, in questo territorio vi è sempre una lotta fra partiti affinché uno di essi possa predominare sugli altri. Nell'ultimo ventennio il partito di ¿hezbollah¿ è riuscito a predominare sugli altri distinguendosi e creando un'organizzazione compatta ed ben organizzata differentemente dagli altri partiti. Nel terzo capitolo viene esplicitata l'organizzazione del partito ¿hezbollah¿ dettagliando e analizzando i fondamenti di questa organizzazione che oggigiorno è ancora influente e determinante in questo territorio. La tesi si conclude con l'importanza dell'intervento della forza multinazionale, in particolare con l'intervento del contingente italiano che è riuscito a distinguersi e ad entrare nel cuore del popolo libanese, grazie anche all'approccio determinante e professionale che i militari italiani hanno avuto nei confronti di questi.
