Social Media revolutionized the way we live and work. And so they influenced the way we do business. The purpose of this thesis will be to determine the impact of Likes and other Facebook features on companies' sales, through a linear regression based on Facebook Insights and sales reports kindly provided by an Italian event organizer company, JEToP. The general starting hypothesis is that an increase in Facebook numbers has a positive influence also on companies' sales. This general hypothesis has been developed by analysing the impact of different Facebook features (Likes, Reach, Shares and Comments) on revenues, which here are considered in terms of units (number of tickets sold). Findings are interesting for a better understanding of social media marketing utility, a positive correlation has been proven to exist and to be more meaningful for some features. This thesis has so proven that the correct usage of Social Media does affect positively companies` revenues.
