The research methodology outlines an empirical investigation into determining the efficiency of intercultural communication training in relation to supplier management. This entails having an interview with a training organization as well as conducting questionnaires to find out first impressions from participants before and after such training. The case study, focusing on Global Mindset Development, a training company in Malta, provides insights through interviews with trainers and participant feedback. The analysis focuses on ways through which such intercultural communication abilities improve supplier relationships and business outcomes all together, particularly in aligning different interests . This research provides empirical data which contribute to the existing literature and prove the significance of intercultural training in the context of international business relations. The findings have implications for positive social change and have practical implications both for organizations and trainers, while encouraging future research in this underexplored field.
