LA PUNIZIONE DEI CRIMINI COMMESSI DURANTE IL REGIME MILITARE ARGENTINO, DAL 1983 AD OGGI

This thesis wants to shed light on how they were judged the protagonists and procedures of the Argentine dictatorship from 1976 to 1983, through several steps at the political, social, media, and of associations. The report focuses on how the various presidencies that have followed after the military dictatorship, it's compared with the crimes committed by the latter. As well as at the level of the Argentine Nation, there will also be a discussion on the processes carried out in Europe, particularly in the latin countries of Italy and Spain.

Questa tesi vuole far chiarezza su come sono stati giudicati i protagonisti e le procedure della dittatura argentina dal 1976 al 1983, attraverso diversi passaggi a livello politico, sociale, mediatico ed associazionistico. La relazione si sofferma su come le varie presidenze che si sono susseguite successivamente alla dittatura militare, si sono rapportate con i crimini commessi da quest'ultima. Oltre che a livello di Nazione argentina, ci sarà anche un approfondimento sui processi svolti in Europa e specialmente nei paesi latini di Italia e Spagna.
