The purpose of the dissertation is to analyse the employees’ perception of the intercultural management practices inside of an international company based on the research question concerning how a strong intercultural management, within the international company’s own culture, can lead to a positive working environment. The literature review provides an initial description and analysis of the internationalization process as pure consequence of the globalization effect, and then it movesto the concept of company’s culture evolving into (strong) intercultural management throughout the internationalization process. The research is conducted through a qualitative analysis in the form of expert interviews with some employees working in the company presented as the case study. From the expert interviews, in the form of questions and answers regarding the intercultural management approach deriving from the company’s own culture, the aim of the study is to analyse the correlation between these intercultural management practices and a positive working environment inside of the international company. The final outcome stands for the clearly positive impact of the intercultural management practices, deriving from the company’s own culture, on the international working environment.
