ANALISI DESCRITTIVA DEL PROCESSO D'IMPLEMENTAZIONE DI UNA POLITICA OSH: IL CASO DEI "BANDI ISI" ​

The dissertation presents a descriptive analysis of the administrative data collected on the implementation process of the “Bandi ISI” policy in the field of Occupational Health and Safety (OSH). The present analysis is part of an impact evaluation activity conducted by the experts of the Italian National Reasearch Council on the “Bandi ISI”, a policy implemented since 2010 by the Italian “Istituto Nazionale per l’Assicurazione contro gli Infortuni sul Lavoro” (Inail) to improve the occupational safety and health in small and medium enterprises. Preliminary to the analysis of microdata, a detailed description of the “Bandi ISI” implementation process and of the database “Bandi ISI” that I used is necessary, in particular the topics covered are what kind of data and variables it consists of. The analysis consists of a diachronic regional assessment of the policy, that describes its evolution by region in the period 2010-2018. In particular, I focus on the type of investment financed and on the firms involved in the policy. The results of the analysis show the relevant trends that I captured from the dataset and the scope of the dissertation is to provide this results for research purposes. ​
