The purpose of this research is to contribute to the field of study that analyzes the effect that Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) corporations have on the ventures they invest in. More in specific the aim of this work is to find a connection between the added value that CVCs bring to the born global ventures they invest in and the impact they have on their internationalization process. The research is carried forward through an integrative literary review methodology focusing on two main fields of study: CVC added values to ventures and factors that support a successful internalization process of born global start-ups. The first of which is a field of study that is still in the process of being fully explored, since most researchers until today have focused on the reverse, the benefits that corporations get by being involved in CVC investments. Thus, while providing insights into how CVCs may help BGFs in their internationalization process, the research will work as a collection of the current literature on the value provide by CVCs to their PCs and on the main factors affecting the internationalization process of BGFs.

Abstract
Thus, while providing insights into how CVCs may help BGFs in their internationalization process, the research will work as a collection of the current literature on the value provide by CVCs to their PCs and on the main factors affecting the internationalization process of BGFs.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
