Discorso d'odio online: analisi su discriminazioni e abusi su Internet.

The issue of hate speech raises major concerns for regulatory actors, thanks to its wide range of application, together with the various forms of deployment and the communication technologies involved, which render the dissemination of hateful contents easier than ever, and requires urgent action to tackle such problem. Due to its multiple forms, and the difficulty for International Organizations, States and Social Media Platforms to create norms balancing the restrictions with the right to freedom of expression, hate speech matters are still under constant development for the creation of effective measures in its countering.
