Salute e sicurezza nel settore artigiano ai tempi del Covid-19. Una comparazione tra EbaPiemonte e EbaPuglia.

This thesis examines in the first place the issue of health and safety in the workplace and the role of the social partners in general and subsequently in relation to the Covid-19 health emergency, analyzing and comparing the various anti-contagion protocols signed. to counter the spread of the virus in the workplace. Again with reference to the aforementioned issues, the subject of analysis is the artisan sector, in particular the bilateral artisan sector through a comparison between the Piedmontese bilateral body and the Apulian bilateral body ​

La presente tesi prende in esame in primo luogo il tema della salute e la sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro e il ruolo delle parti sociali in generale e successivamente in relazione all'emergenza sanitaria Covid-19, analizzando e confrontando i diversi protocolli anti-contagio sottoscritti per contrastare la diffusione del virus negli ambienti di lavoro. Sempre in riferimento ai suddetti temi, oggetto di analisi è il settore artigiano, in particolare la bilateralità artigiana attraverso una comparazione tra l'ente bilaterale Piemontese e l'ente bilaterale Pugliese. ​
