Il Circo come strumento educativo secondo Hugues Hotier.

In this essay the educational potential of the circus will be analyzed, starting from a specific point of view, that of Hugues Hotier. In reconstructing the author's idea we will start from the history of the circus to outline its characteristics; subsequently, to delve more specifically into Hotier's idea, we will go through the imagery of the circus to arrive at its educational potential. To conclude, we will see how Hotier transformed his ideas into practice. Finally, it will be analyzed how and if classic circus can be an effective educational tool.

In questo elaborato verrà analizzato il potenziale educativo del circo, partendo da un punto di vista specifico, quello di Hugues Hotier. Nel ricostruire l'idea dell'autore si partirà dalla storia del circo per delinearne le caratterische; successivamente per approfondire nello specifico l'idea di Hotier si passerà attraverso quello che è l'immaginario del circo per arrivare alle potenzialità educative dello stesso. Per concludere si vedrà come Hotier abbia trasformato nel concreto le sue idee. Infine verrà analizzato come e se il circo classico può essere uno strumento educativo efficace.
