Abbandono dei minori, affidamento e adozione: un'analisi delle politiche italiane in prospettiva comparata

The thesis deals with the problem of the abandonment of minors, with its history, causes and consequences; it shows the behaviors and measures taken by some European countries to solve the problem and at the end it analyzes the evolution of the Italian policy, with reference to adoption and foster care.

La tesi affronta il problema dell’abbandono dei minori, con relativa storia, cause e conseguenze; analizza i comportamenti e provvedimenti presi da alcuni Paesi europei per combattere il problema ed infine analizza l’evoluzione della politica italiana, con riferimento all’adozione ed affidamento.
