Crisi bancarie ed il bail-in

The following study tries to recognize what were the main reasons that triggered it the recent change in the legislation on the bailout of financial intermediaries and in especially commercial banks. To this end, it is necessary to consider the crises that, starting from the Modern Age and during the Age At the same time, they threatened the financial system and consequently the system banking. I also believe that the frequency of these particular events, increasingly broad scope and the growing negative repercussions on the real economy, corresponds to the sudden globalization process that began in the early years of the new millennium.

Il seguente studio cerca di riconoscere quali siano stati i principali motivi che hanno scatenato il recente cambiamento della normativa sul salvataggio degli intermediari finanziari e in particolar modo delle banche commerciali. A tale fine è necessario considerare le crisi che, a partire dall’Età Moderna e durante l’Età Contemporanea, hanno minacciato il sistema finanziario e di conseguenza il sistema bancario. Ritengo inoltre che la frequenza di questi particolari avvenimenti, sempre più di ampia portata e dalle crescenti ripercussioni negative sull’economia reale, corrisponda al repentino processo di globalizzazione iniziato nei primi anni del nuovo Millennio.
