Le politiche per la non autosufficienza

The thesis deals with care policies for the elderly who are not self-sufficient, focusing on residential social-health care. The first part focuses on the historical framework of welfare policies, referring to the regulations that have marked its birth. In order to deepen the topic we face a comparison between other European countries. A brief study is also made of the rights of the elderly and their protection. The second part deals with residential care of the elderly who are not self-sufficient. In particular, it addresses the social and health integration and the regulations that regulate it. The last part deals with the role of the social worker in the healthcare residences, in particular it focuses on the internship experience carried out in the Consulate Residence.

Il lavoro di tesi affronta le politiche di assistenza agli anziani non autosufficienti, ponendo l’attenzione sull’assistenza socio-sanitaria residenziale. La prima parte si concentra sull'inquadramento storico delle politiche assistenziali, facendo riferimento alle normative che ne hanno contraddistinto la nascita. Per approfondire il tema si affronta un confronto tra altri paesi europei. Un breve approfondimento viene fatto anche sui diritti degli anziani e la relativa tutela. La seconda parte affronta l'assistenza socio-sanitaria residenziale gli anziani non autosufficienti. In particolare si affronta l'integrazione socio-sanitaria e le normative che la regolano. In ultima parte si fa riferimento al ruolo dell'assistente sociale all'interno delle residenze sanitarie assistenziali, in modo particolare si sofferma sull'esperienza di tirocinio svolta nella Residenza Consolata.
