Tutele a favore dei soggetti incapaci di intendere e volere

This thesis examines, in the first place, the terms "ability" and "incapacity" and analyzes the extraordinary variety of meanings that these two terms express. Institutions created to protect individuals unable to understand and wont, governed by the Civil Code, are analyzed: Interdiction institution, incapacitation institution and the support administration. As last theme, we focus on analyzing the various judicial acts carried out by a person unable to understand and want. ​

La presente tesi prende in esame, in primo luogo, i termini “capacità” e “incapacità” e analizza la straordinaria varietà di significati che questi due termini esprimono. Vengono analizzati gli istituti nati a protezione dei soggetti incapaci di intendere e volere disciplinati dal Codice civile: L’istituto di interdizione, L’istituto di inabilitazione e L’Amministrazione di sostegno. Come ultimo tema, ci si concentra ad analizzare i diversi atti giuridici attuati da un soggetto incapace di intendere e volere. ​
