This thesis delves into the innovative intercorrelation of artificial intelligence (AI) and financial fields within the realms of accounting and finance, emphasizing the emerging role of advanced technologies and AI tools like ChatGPT. As businesses are increasingly integrating AI tools in their working fields, mainly, to enhance financial analysis, audit services, and strategic tax management. This research provides a comprehensive examination of how these technologies influence financial practices and decision-making processes. The data in this paper were collected through surveys and interviews from several leading financial institutions that currently employ AI tools, complemented by in-depth case studies, also analyzing findings on Scopus that are directly connect to our research ground. A detailed analysis was performed using tools and thematic analysis to identify key patterns and impacts of AI applications in finance. The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in financial operations, suggesting a furthermore integration of AI in future financial practices. This thesis does not only mirror the current integration of AI in financial settings, but it also provides deep insights into potential advancements and areas for leading future research in the application of AI in the severe sectors of the world of finance. With the utilization of mixed-methods approach that combines statistical data from financial institutions with methodological case studies, this study explores the practical applications and implications of AI in financial sectors. The subsequent sections of this thesis will provide a detailed literature review, discuss the methodology employed, present the findings, and finally, conclude with a discussion and implications of the results.
