Il turismo enogastronomico: l'importanza del territorio. Il caso valdostano

The gastronomic tourism is the topic of my graduation thesis. My study mainly consists of an analysis of the history and the main features of this phenomenon, together with a special focusing on the leading role of the territory in this kind of tourism. In order to be clear and to make an effective exposition, I deal with Aosta Valley case. This is to say that I undertake research in the field by interviewing local producers and tourists. Results have confirmed that the territory is the linking element between tourism and gastronomy. This is the reason why it plays a leading role in the gastronomic tourism.

L'argomento di studio del mio elaborato è il turismo enogastronomico. Il corpo della tesi è costituito dall'analisi di nascita, diffusione e caratteri principali di questo fenomeno, con un focus particolare sul ruolo fondamentale del territorio in questo tipo di turismo. Al fine di una resa più chiara e convincente dello studio, mi sono occupata del caso valdostano, attraverso una ricerca sul campo, basata su interviste a produttori di aziende valdostane e a turisti presenti sul territorio. Da questa è emerso, a conferma di quanto sostenuto nella tesi, come il territorio rappresenti il legame tra turismo ed enogastronomia e come, dunque, sia fondamentale per il turismo enogastronomico.
