In last years cooperative learning approach had a rapid evolution and its use has been increase in differents field of application. This paper describes and explores differents applications of cooperative learning methods, above all in education and rehabilitation. Which are main features of use in a student-cooperative group? Why people that cooperate to reach a goal can achieve much better results in comparison to competitive groups? Moreover this work wants to put forward the hypothesis that cooperative learning approach can appreciably improve rehabilitation skills in aphasics.
