Climate change is a global problem which affects the entire humanity and cannot be ignored, it undermines, among other things, the existence and longevity of the human race. It is not anymore a cause only environmentalist should sustain, but everyone should, since it is a cause that affects the whole economic system. Therefore, finance has to be seen under new lenses. The “finance capitalism”, which has dominating from 1980s till the Great Recession of 2007/2008 is nowadays over and is being replaced by a “fiduciary capitalism”.
