Il racconto fotografico. Le Langhe di Beppe Fenoglio nel lavoro del Gruppo Fotografico Albese.

My work consists of two parts. In the first one I analyse the Photography through a comparison with pictorial art around the age-old theme of representation and on the other hand taking a look at the history of "straight photography". In the second part I try to examinate the issues of stories and tales illustrated by pictures in the italian Neorealism and beyond and, finally, I analyse the photographic work that a photoamatorial group of Alba (Cuneo, Italy) made based on the novels of the writer Beppe Fenoglio.

Il mio lavoro consta di due parti. Nella prima analizzo la Fotografia attraverso un confronto con l'arte pittorica sul terreno problematico della rappresentazione e attraverso l'analisi dei protagonisti della fotografia "diretta". Nella seconda ho inteso calare i temi del "racconto per immagini" nella situazione italiana, verificandoli in relazione al Neorealismo fotografico e ai suoi sviluppi e studiando un caso pratico, ossia il lavoro che un gruppo fotoamatoriale di Alba (Cuneo) ha svolto sulla base dei racconti e dei romanzi dello scrittore Beppe Fenoglio.
