LA REVISIONE CONTABILE DEL BILANCIO: IL CASO "ERRE S.p.A."

This paper is intended to illustrate the theoretical fundamentals of the auditing of financial statements and provide a practical example of some procedures that the auditor must put in place in order to achieve the purpose of his work. The text also contains an in-depth analysis on the impact that the current war between Russia and Ukraine has on the 2021 financial statements and therefore on the auditing activity. In addition to this, the timing and the various regulatory references relating to the auditing activity and the preparation of the financial statements are illustrated.

Questo elaborato ha lo scopo di illustrare i fondamentali teorici dell'attività di revisione contabile del bilancio e portare un esempio pratico di alcune procedure che deve mettere in atto il revisore al fine di raggiungere lo scopo del suo lavoro. Il testo contiene inoltre un approfondimento sull'impatto che l'attuale guerra tra Russia e Ucraina ha sul bilancio 2021 e pertanto sull'attività di revisione. Oltre a ciò si illustrano le tempistiche e i vari riferimenti normativi relativi all'attività di revisione e alla redazione del bilancio.
