Le ricerche sociologiche sul lavoro interinale e a progetto

I chose to deal with and investigate the topic of temporary work and the consequences this has on those involved since it is very present in our society, especially in our country where the economic crisis has reduced the work considerably the work offer, leaving only a very precarious forms of work that does that increase flexibility and social vulnerability of the people. We tried to analyze the problem and find a solution to a situation that has become very complicated. Nowadays it is difficult to find a stable employment, especially for young people, who are forced to change jobs often or to be unemployed for a long time and as a result and do not have the ability to design a future for themselves or for their families. It is analyzed the negative consequences that the precarious work has on society but also positive, because digging a well at the bottom in the emerging positive considerations especially for those who don't like the monotony and tries often change jobs by acquiring skills in various fields, even if for a short time. What I hope all people who come to be in a work situation precarious and that with time, changing various jobs and doing various experiences can get through a very flexible working location to build a valid and relevant curriculum in order to finally find the working stability so that we can be self-sufficient and dependent and to build a future.

Ho scelto di trattare e approfondire l'argomento del lavoro interinale e le conseguenze che questo ha sui soggetti coinvolti poiché è molto attuale nella nostra società, soprattutto nel nostro paese dove la crisi economica ha ridotto il lavoro in maniera considerevole l'offerta lavorativa, lasciando spazio solo a forme di lavoro molto precarie che non fa che aumentare la flessibilità e la vulnerabilità sociale delle persone. Si è cercato di analizzare il problema e trovare una soluzione in una situazione che oramai è diventata molto complicata. Al giorno d'oggi è difficile trovare un'occupazione stabile, soprattutto per i giovani, che sono costretti a cambiare lavoro molto spesso oppure ad essere disoccupati per lungo tempo e di conseguenza e non si ha la possibilità di progettare un futuro ne per sé stessi né per la propria famiglia. Si è analizzato le conseguenze negative che il lavoro precario ha sulla società ma anche quella positive, perché scavando a bene a fondo nell'argomento emergono considerazioni positive soprattutto per chi non ama la monotonia e cerca spesso di cambiare lavoro acquisendo competenze in vari campi, anche se per poco tempo. Quello che sperano tutte le persone che vengono a trovarsi in una situazione lavorativa precaria e che con il tempo, cambiando vari lavori e facendo varie esperienze possano arrivare tramite un percorso di lavoro molto flessibile a costruirsi un curriculum valido e competente in modo da trovare finalmente la stabilità lavorativa così da essere dipendenti e autosufficienti e potersi costruire un futuro.
