L'accoglienza temporanea dei bambini bielorussi in famiglia: una riflessione educativa

This thesis addresses the topic in temporary reception of children from Belarus. First, we started by defining the family and what are their roles within the company. After that, we talked about interculturalism and how today the family should be more intercultural. Despite this introduction, the main theme is the temporary reception and how it transformed the family. Reading the thesis, you will find that the reception is neither a foster care, nor an adoption. It will also show what are the rules governing the reception, who are the children involved and what are the risks, the potential, the social and psychological aspects of this project. It tackles, then, a part where you explain to Belarus and which is the reason why you did this initiative, focusing on associations in Italy and in the Cuneo. Finally, you will be presented a brief interview with two families who have opened their hearts and their homes to these children of Belarus.

In questa tesi si affronta il tema dell'accoglienza temporanea dei bambini bielorussi. Innanzi tutto, si è partiti dal definire la famiglia e quali sono i suoi ruoli all'interno della società. Dopo di che, si è parlato dell'intercultura e di come oggi la famiglia dovrebbe essere più interculturale. Nonostante questa introduzione, il tema principale è l'accoglienza temporanea e di come ciò trasformi la famiglia. Leggendo la tesi, si scoprirà che l'accoglienza non è nè un affido, nè un adozione. Si mostrerà, inoltre, quali sono le norme che regolano l'accoglienza, chi sono i minori coinvolti e quali sono i rischi, le potenzialità, gli aspetti sociali e psicologici di questo progetto. Si affronta, poi, una parte dove si spiegherà la Bielorussia e quale sia il motivo per cui è nata questa iniziativa, soffermandoci sulle associazioni in Italia e nel Cuneese. Infine, verrà presentata una breve intervista a due famiglie che hanno aperto il loro cuore e la loro casa a questi bambini bielorussi.
