the purpose of the thesis is to analyze the financial statements of the last three years the company ASTM and management of freely transferable assets. At first it is treated the corporate profile of ASTM s.p.a. illustrating the most important moments in the life of society. The central part, and the most conspicuous of the thesis analyzes the budget for the last three years of the company, year by year, through the analysis of the most representative indices and provide a brief commentary for each index calculated. In addition, at the end of the analysis, is compared to the change in the value of the indices during the three-year period. Finally, the last part of the work concerns the explanation of the function of freely transferable assets and how they should be treated, from the accounting point of view, by the companies that benefit from this type of goods.

lo scopo della tesi è quello di analizzare il bilancio dell'ultimo triennio della società A.S.T.M. e la gestione dei beni gratuitamente devolvibili. In un primo momento viene trattato il profilo societario della A.S.T.M. s.p.a. illustrando i momenti più importanti della vita della società. La parte centrale, e più cospicua della tesi, analizza il bilancio degli ultimi tre anni della società, anno per anno, attraverso l'analisi degli indici più rappresentativi e fornendo un breve commento per ogni indice calcolato. Inoltre, al termine dell'analisi, viene confrontata la variazione del valore degli indici nel corso del triennio considerato. Infine, l'ultima parte del lavoro svolto, riguarda la spiegazione della funzione dei beni gratuitamente devolvibili e come devono essere trattati, dal punto di vista contabile, dalle sociètà che usufruiscono di tale tipologia di beni.
