The Sale with reservation of title, also known as ¿Sale with agreement of reserved property¿, is a peculiar form of sale in which the buyer comes into possession of the acquired thing but doesn't become the owner of that item which instead remains in the seller's possession, until when the buyer himself provides the payment of the entire price, previously negotiated between the parties. Within the leasing contract, a subject, called lessor, grants another subject, called user, the right to use a specific good under payment of a periodic lease. There are two typologies of leasing: operating and financial.
