This thesis, which I drafted entitled: "the psychosocial risks" wants to give light to the risks present on a daily basis in our work environments: mobbing, bossing, bullying, stress, work-related stress and two new emerging phenomena : beautism and straining. These phenomena are analyzed at first, legal level emphasizing the different protections that they are present in different Countries; and at a later time are treated in research "Focal point to the european agency for safety and health at work" and in the fifth survey of Ewcs (European Working Condition Survey). Thanks to this research it is possible to outline what the differences , age, gender, economic and cultural conditions of the victims that those responsible for such violence. Later he gives light to the context in which such violence takes place: the working environment by suggesting what can be indicators that refer to the presence of a risk: Sentinel events, content factors and the factors of context. In a final analysis, we focus on primary prevention, secondary, and tertiary of these phenomena, in the contexts of work by giving an example of a legal prevention Code present in the company.

La tesi, da me redatta intitolata: ¿I rischi di natura psicosociale¿ vuole dar luce ai rischi presenti quotidianamente nei nostri ambienti di lavoro: mobbing, bossing, bullying, stress, stress lavoro correlato ed due nuovi fenomeni emergenti il beautism e lo straining. Questi fenomeni vengono analizzati in un primo momento, a livello legale sottolineando le differenti tutele presenti nei diversi Stati; ed in un secondo momento vengono trattati nella ricerca ¿Focal point to the european agency for safety and health at work¿ e nella quinta indagine di Ewcs (European Working Condition Survey). Grazie a queste ricerche è possibile delineare quali siano le differenze di genere, età, sesso, condizione economica e culturale sia delle vittime che di coloro che provocano tali violenze. In seguito si dà luce al contesto in cui avvengono tali violenze: l'ambiente di lavoro suggerendo quali possono essere gli indicatori che rimarcano la presenza di un rischio: gli eventi sentinella, i fattori di contenuto e i fattori di contesto. In un'ultima analisi, ci si concentra sulla prevenzione primaria, secondaria e terziaria di questi fenomeni, nei contesti di lavoro dando un esempio di un Codice di prevenzione legale presente in azienda.
