Introvert's vision of the Business World - their strategies and Leadership Spirit

Through this thesis is explained how introverts are capable to run a business, that very often they are misjudged. As the general norm of today's world says that for a leader position or being an entrepreneur, the suitable individual is an extrovert, because they are excellent in communication they can attract through their open personality and that's why their are liked and have the priority for such positions. But in this text is explained why introverts should also be considered, why they are also important. Introverts are as capable as extroverts, the difference is only in the style of working and presentation, their skills are unique and different, so they can be on a leading position and they should not be misunderstood.
