Delicate but important phase of the walk is the social reintegration phase that it determines deep changes. During this phase the employment develops an important role. In this elaborate we have asked really to ourselves which is the role that the job has in the therapeutic program and as this one contributes to the identity reconstruction of the subject. we have asked to ourselves which are the resources that the person puts in to face the challenge of the social-job reintegration from a psychological point of view and which is an efficacious approach of the operators (that they plan and achieve these therapeutic walk) to favor the good result of the therapeutic walk into practice. This elaborate is composed by a first introductory part about the general definition of the phenomenon of the drug addiction, about the meaning of "go out of the drug addiction" and to become "ex-drug addict" and about the treatment mode. The second part of this elaborate has as analysis object the job reintegration, the role of the employment in the therapeutic walk and which are its benefits and difficulties in the therapeutic walk In the third and last part of this elaborate are described some of the tools and the methodologies used in the practice of the job reintegration

Il percorso di uscita dalla tossicodipendenza è lungo e complesso, comporta una ridefinizione di sé , l'uscita da un ruolo, la creazione di nuove reti sociali. Nel far fronte a tale complessità si sono strutturati negli anni diversi servizi (le comunità terapeutiche, i Ser.T, i servizi a bassa soglia..) che hanno avuto e continuano ad avere un ruolo determinante nel percorso di remissione dalla dipendenza da sostanze. Fase delicata ma determinante risulta essere quella del reinserimento sociale che determina profondi cambiamenti e durante la quale il lavoro svolge un ruolo importante. In questo lavoro ci si è interrogati proprio sul ruolo che il lavoro assume nel percorso terapeutico e come contribuisca alla ricostruzione identitaria del soggetto, quali siano le risorse che la persona mette in campo da un punto di vista psicologico nell'affrontare la sfida del reinserimento socio-lavorativo e quale possa essere un approccio efficace da parte degli operatori che progettano e mettono in pratica tali percorsi per favorirne il buon esito. Il presente elaborato è composto da una parte introduttiva sulla definizione generale del fenomeno tossicodipendenza, su cosa significhi smettere e diventare "ex-tossicodipendente" e sulle modalità di trattamento. La seconda parte ha come oggetto di analisi il reinserimento lavorativo, il ruolo del lavoro indicandone benefici e difficoltà. Nell'ultima parte vengono descritti alcuni degli strumenti e delle metodologie utilizzate nella pratica del reinserimento lavorativo.
