MOBBING E ORIENTAMENTO SESSUALE. RICERCA ALL'INTERNO DI UNA COOPERATIVA SOCIALE

The purpose of this thesis is to analyse the Mobbing by searching for possible signals inside a social cooperative under examination: the intent is to analyse the organizational environment by giving a survey to all the members and employees. The firs part is dedicated to the presentation of the literature about Mobbing, while the second part focuses onto analyse a job reality, searching for a possible relationship between the phenomenon and the sexual orientation of the victim. The informations that we wanted to search refers to the communication, climate, task, and all the aspects that may indicate a malaise inside the organizational setting. Afterwards in the survey there were submitted six questions to the participants: three questions with a general reference about the perception of Mobbing inside the cooperative and three questions about the perception of mobbing due to sexual orientation throughout the working life of the subject. In order to further investigate the relationship between the mobbing phenomenon and the sexual orientation there are self-declared victims. Lastly, will be presented how the Italian, European and international legislation face up to the Mobbing phenomenon.

Lo scopo di questa tesi è di analizzare la fattispecie del mobbing ricercandone i possibili segnali all'interno di una Cooperativa Sociale presa in esame; l'obiettivo è quello di analizzare l'ambiente organizzativo somministrando un questionario a tutti i soci e i dipendenti. La prima parte è dedicata alla presentazione della letteratura in materia di mobbing, mentre la seconda parte si focalizza sull'analizzare una realtà lavorativa, ricercando un possibile rapporto tra il fenomeno e l'orientamento sessuale della vittima. Le informazioni che si sono volute ricercare fanno riferimento alla comunicazione, al clima, alla mansione e a tutti gli aspetti che possono indicare malessere all'interno del setting organizzativo. Successivamente nel questionario sono state presentate sei domande ai partecipanti: tre con un riferimento generale alla percezione di mobbing all'interno della Cooperativa e tre sulla percezione di mobbing dovuto all'orientamento sessuale lungo tutta la vita lavorativa del soggetto. Per indagare ulteriormente la relazione tra fenomeno del mobbing e orientamento sessuale sono presenti delle interviste a vittime auto-dichiarate. In ultimo verrà presentato come la normativa italiana, europea e internazionale affrontano il fenomeno del mobbing.
