The increase in cases of major depressive and anxiety disorder raises questions about the effectiveness of techniques currently used in mental health prevention and treatment. This work explores the possibility of supporting patients and therapists through pre-diagnostic systems based on modern Transformers networks, such as BERT. Psychology's contributions to informatics and the projects that have most influenced the evolution of this relationship over the years will be analyzed to assess the potential of such technologies in the mental health field.

L'aumento dei casi di disturbo depressivo maggiore e d'ansia solleva interrogativi sull'efficacia delle tecniche attualmente impiegate nella prevenzione e nel trattamento della salute mentale. Questo lavoro esplora la possibilità di supportare pazienti e terapeuti attraverso sistemi di pre-diagnostica basati sulle moderne reti Transformers, come BERT.
