Sostenibilità nella produzione tessile e responsabilizzazione all’acquisto

This thesis aims to analyze the concept of sustainability in the textile sector, paying particular attention to production processes and the purchase of the final consumer. In particular, the main international regulations on the eco-compatibility of textile production are mentioned, describing the obligations and restrictions adopted at European level. In the second part of the paper, the companies Xacus and Gassa D'Amante are considered, which serve as examples for a sustainable transition in textile production. The focus is dedicated to a technical description of the products of the respective companies. To conclude, the attitude of the final consumer towards a more responsible purchase is examined by examining two different researches which reveal a nascent attention to the aspects of eco-compatibility and sustainability

Questa tesi si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare il concetto di sostenibilità nel settore tessile, ponendo particolare attenzione ai processi produttivi e all'acquisto del consumatore finale. In particolare vengono citate le principali normative a livello internazionale circa l'ecocompatibilità della produzione tessile, descrivendone obblighi e restrizioni adottate a livello europeo. Nella seconda parte dell'elaborato vengono prese in considerazione le aziende Xacus e Gassa D'Amante le quali fungono da esempio per una transizione sostenibile nella produzione tessile. Il focus è dedicato ad una descrizione tecnica dei prodotti delle rispettive aziende. Per concludere viene esaminata l'attitudine del consumatore finale nei confronti di un acquisto maggiormente responsabile esaminando due differenti ricerche le quali rivelano una nascente attenzione verso gli aspetti di ecocompatibilità e sostenibilità
