This study aims to tackle the issue of sustainability by examining how it has evolved to become a concept that encompasses not just environmental considerations but also economic and social spheres. The objective I've set for myself is to observe how this topic has become increasingly influential in consumers, employees and communities, which are showing an increasing interest in environmentally sustainable issues. To enforce this analysis; I have chosen Lavazza S.p.A as case study., which is specialized in coffee products and is the Italian most important manufacturer. This company serves as an example of Italian commitment to sustainability that doesn’t only emphasizes the need for innovative energy-saving measures, but also demonstrates a strong commitment to the social aspects of sustainability. In fact, the company, through the Lavazza Foundation, supports the creation of jobs in developing nations, cares for former dependents, supports artistic and cultural initiatives that aim the development of sustainable entrepreneurship. I chose sustainability as the subject of my master degree thesis because I think it's a concept that many people undervalue, either by associating it with a trend or by failing to take it into account in its full complexity. In fact, the majority of the population associates sustainability with energy efficiency and renewable sources of energy. These are unquestionably minor aspects that restrict the significance of this topic.

Abstract
These are unquestionably minor aspects that restrict the significance of this topic.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
