Sviluppo frontend di una web application per una fiera ludica: il caso ToPlay

Frontend developement of the intuitive and complete progressive web app for the management of the "TO Play" Games Festival, with scalable microservice architecture and will be hosted in the cloud. TO Play is a celebration of role-playing and board games for long-time enthusiasts and curious beginners. In 2024, its seventh edition took place where there were hundreds of gaming tables where anyone could find excitement, fun and, ultimately, an adventure. The application is designed to simplify event organization, planning and tracking, providing a seamless experience for both organizers and attendees. The thesis student was involved in the graphic design and creation (UI) and in the study of the new User Experience (UIX) of this progressive web app, interfacing with the web services made available for retrieving information. Particular attention is given to User Experience and multilanguage. Sviluppo del frontend della progressive web app intuitiva e completa per la gestione del Festival Ludico "TO Play", con architettura scalabile a microservizi e sarà ospitato in cloud. Il TO Play è una celebrazione del gioco di ruolo e da tavolo per gli appassionati di lungo corso e per i curiosi alle prime esperienze. Nel 2024 è stata svolta la sua settima edizione dove erano presenti centinaia di tavoli da gioco in cui chiunque ha potuto trovare emozioni, divertimento e, in fin dei conti, un’avventura. L'applicazione è stata progettata per semplificare l'organizzazione, la pianificazione e il monitoraggio dell'evento, fornendo un'esperienza fluida sia per gli organizzatori che per i partecipanti. Il tesista è stato coinvolto nell'ideazione e realizzazione grafica (UI) e sullo studio della nuova User Experience (UIX) di tale progressive web app, interfacciandosi con i web services messi a disposizione per il reperimento delle informazioni. Particolare attenzione viene data alla User Experience e al multilingua.
