Analisi delle iniziative per ripopolare i borghi

The charm of the villages and the lifestyle associated with them have interested many people in recent times. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the phenomenon of repopulation of villages, as there have been numerous attempts to bring them back to the center of attention. Especially trying to attract both institutions and individuals to work together to achieve winning results, bringing new life to these small villages. Some positive results have been achieved, but at the same time many have failed. In this work, the necessary characteristics needed to have more chances of success are identified and analyzed, just as the errors that could lead to a failure. Through the analysis of data and sources regarding socio-economic, political and tourist aspects, the pros and cons of life within the villages are highlighted and compared with those of life in the city, so as to give a broad perspective that analyzes the many psychological and social problems related to large inhabited centers, which can be solved by looking for a better and different life in smaller villages. The future prospects seem very positive, thanks to the examples given and the funds from the PNRR that will be donated to the villages, they can develop from an economic and social point of view, bringing benefit to the population, the culture and economy of the country.

Il fascino dei borghi e lo stile di vita legato ad essi hanno interessato moltissime persone negli ultimi anni. L'obiettivo di questo lavoro di tesi è analizzare il fenomeno del ripopolamento dei borghi, sono stati infatti numerosi i tentativi di riportarli al centro dell'attenzione, soprattutto cercando di attirare le istituzioni e i singoli cittadini nel collaborare per ottenere risultati vincenti, che portino cioè nuova vita in questi piccoli comuni. Sono stati ottenuti alcuni risultati positivi, ma al tempo stesso molti si sono rivelati fallimentari. In questo lavoro vengono analizzate ed individuate le caratteristiche necessarie affinché un progetto abbia più chance di andare a buon fine e quali, invece, sono gli errori che possono portarlo a fallire. Grazie all’analisi di dati e fonti riguardo gli aspetti socio-economici, politici e turistici, vengono evidenziati i pro e contro della vita all'interno dei borghi e messi a confronto con quelli della vita in città, per dare un'ampia prospettiva che analizzi i numerosi problemi di natura psicologica e sociale legati ai grandi centri abitati, risolvibili cercando una vita migliore e diversa nei più piccoli borghi. Le prospettive future sembrano, dunque, molto positive, in quanto grazie agli esempi riportati e ai fondi che verranno devoluti ai borghi, essi si potranno sviluppare da un punto di vista sia economico che sociale, portando giovamento alla popolazione, alla cultura e all'economia del paese.
