In today's social media environment, it is very important to know that almost 90% of the world's population are using social media and for sure, every business owner have to be there. Businesses have to understand social media marketing such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn, and the strategies behind using them for improving their businesses. Unfortunately, a lot of SME and MNE do not have good strategies when they begin using social media. The aim of this project is to know more how business owners recognized for using social media to grow the business, attract and engage more consumers and what strategies are behind success. A case study made, followed and presented. It accompanied by an analysis of the business's strategies on how they use social media such Twitter and Facebook posts to attract customers and let their business grow. The results of the case study shows how the owner uses different strategies to maintain a strong relationship with customers. The study goes to the end with a discussion of the lessons learned from the research: ¿ Creating relationships and networking with other or different businesses. ¿ Interesting content that promotes working. ¿ Increases brand awareness and exposure. ¿ Keep the focus on relationships more than sales, which will of course increase sales. ¿ One basic obstacle to get there is absence of experience and skills.
