Annessione della Crimea da parte della Federazione Russa

The thesis analyzes a question of great relevance for the independent States of the world: the annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation and carries out its historical, political and juridical analysis. Starting from the history of the peoples who inhabited the Crimea over the centuries, through the events that characterized the different historical periods, up to the more recent ones, which saw the Russian Federation protagonist in the events related to the annexation of the Peninsula, on the basis of the treaties and of international law, I try to analyze the matter in an impartial way in order to reach a conclusion that determines whether or not the annexation is legal, or even if in this case there are the conditions to affirm that what happened is a real and it is an act of aggression, the expression of a hybrid war, and which represents a not insignificant sign of danger for the countries of the EU and the rest of the world.

La tesi analizza una questione di grande attualità per gli Stati indipendenti del mondo: l'annessione della Crimea da parte della Federazione Russa e svolge la sua analisi storica, politica e giuridica. Partendo dalla storia dei popoli che nei secoli hanno abitato la Crimea, attraverso gli eventi che hanno caratterizzato i diversi periodi storici, fino a quelli più recenti, che hanno visto la Federazione Russa protagonista nelle vicende relative all'annessione della Penisola, sulla base dei trattati e del diritto internazionale, si cerca di analizzare in modo imparziale la vicenda in questione per giungere ad una conclusione che determini se l'annessione risulti o meno legale, o addirittura, se nella fattispecie vi siano i presupposti per affermare che quanto accaduto sia un vero e proprio atto di aggressione, espressione di una guerra ibrida, e che rappresenti un non trascurabile segnale di pericolo per i paesi dell'UE e del resto del mondo.
