L'impatto dell'equilibrio emozionale sulla salute

People, from birth, experience many emotions, positive and negative, with infinite nuances. Many psychological and neuro-biological studies have analyzed emotions. This research has shown the importance of emotions for the individual and for his relationships. In particular, these studies have found the link between emotion management and global health. The objective of this study is to analyze the effects of emotions on psycho-physical balance and to understand how emotional balance affects psychological and body health. The research question is: does emotion regulation affect global health? If so, what are the methods for a global and emotional approach to health? To answer the research question, I examined the main psychobiological studies and the innovative project of Solano and his collaborators. According to these studies, it is necessary to understand these correlations for the conception of new methods of approach to health. Further theoretical and empirical studies are needed to give scientificity to future projects.
