APPLICAZIONE DI TECNICHE INFORMATICHE PER L'ANALISI DEL COMPORTAMENTO DI UN SOGGETTO AUTORE DI REATO

he aim of this work is to attempt to deepen the relevant role covered by computer techniques within the investigations concerning the offenders. In particular, we analyze the digital tools that have developed over the years in the field of investigation, focusing on video recordings and their respective characteristics, applying their use in the investigative framework of the analysis of human behavior during the commission of a crime . As a starting point, the various theories and the various studies that define the behavior and the various components that are supposed to compose it are collected and analyzed. Our thesis focuses mainly on those theories that see behavior as the result of the interaction between biological and environmental factors, with a particular focus on environmental and social influences. In the final part of the work, as a support of the thoughts expressed, an example of current events is offered with a young boy as protagonist, responsible for an aggression against two women, presumably during a state of impairment of the ability to understand and want. Thanks to the vision of the digital material offered by the video surveillance cameras present on the place where the crime was committed, it was possible to observe and analyze some aspects of the subject's behavior; these aspects have potentially contributed to recognizing an anomaly in the representation of the subject's reality, which could have influenced the decision to implement that particular conduct.

Questo lavoro si pone come obiettivo il tentativo di approfondire il ruolo rilevante ricoperto dalle tecniche informatiche all'interno delle indagini riguardanti gli autori di reato. In particolare, si analizzano gli strumenti digitali che si sono sviluppati nel corso degli anni nell'ambito dell'investigazione, soffermandosi sulle videoregistrazioni e sulle rispettive caratteristiche, applicando il loro utilizzo nel quadro investigativo dell'analisi del comportamento umano durante la commissione di un reato. Come punto di partenza si raccolgono e si analizzano le varie teorie e i vari studi che definiscono il comportamento e le varie componenti che si presume lo compongano. La nostra tesi si concentra soprattutto su quelle teorie che vedono il comportamento come la risultante dell'interazione tra fattori biologici e fattori ambientali, con un particolare sguardo all'influenza ambientale e sociale. Nella parte conclusiva della tesi, a sostegno del pensiero espresso, è offerto un esempio di attualità avente come protagonista un giovane ragazzo, responsabile di un'aggressione ai danni di due donne, presumibilmente durante uno stato di compromissione della capacità di intendere e di volere. Grazie alla visione del materiale digitale offerto della telecamere di videosorveglianza presenti sul posto in cui è stato commesso il reato, è stato possibile osservare ed analizzare alcuni aspetti del comportamento del soggetto; questi aspetti hanno contribuito , potenzialmente, a riconoscere un'anomalia nella rappresentazione della realtà del soggetto, la quale ha potuto influenzare la decisione di mettere in atto quella determinata condotta.
