Dinamiche gruppali nel contesto comunitario in relazione al tipo di utenza

Introduction: the functioning of professional groups to front of users with different psychiatric disorders and the group dynamics in psychiatric context can be the subject of a bad project or problems along the way. The functioning of group and their importance is explained through the reference theories of the group; placing a focus on the importance of teamwork compared to individual work. The team meeting is analyzed as best way to solve complex case and managing the group, expressing the elements that can interfere. The thesis ends with a personal experience in psychiatric contest, which reinforces the importance of compactness in the team. Aim: the aim of this project is to demonstrate and sensitize readers on the importance of union in the work group, in front of patients with psychiatric diagnosis. Specially in patients with complex personality disorder. Materials and methods: mainly textbooks were used to write this thesis. The reference theories of the group were exposed, especially those of Lewin and Bion. The dynamics that can be created and the analysis of the related dynamics that can put the team in trouble, in the absence of adequate cooperation. Results: the product explains that adequate cooperation within the working group is preferable for the continuation of the PTRP (personalized therapeutic rehabilitation project). Conclusion: the conclusions of this thesis work lead to the exaltation of the team’s cooperation, and of how effective it is in a psychiatric community environment. The importance of compactness was highlighted, not only with complex personality disorder, but also with other types of users.

Introduzione: il funzionamento dei gruppi professionali di fronte agli utenti con diversi disturbi psichiatrici e le loro dinamiche all’interno del gruppo nel contesto psichiatrico possono essere oggetto di cattiva riuscita del progetto o problematiche durante il percorso. Il funzionamento dei gruppi e la loro importanza sono spiegati tramite delle teorie di riferimento ponendo anche un focus sull’importanza del lavoro di gruppo rispetto al lavoro individuale. La riunione d’équipe viene analizzata come il modo migliore per risolvere casi complessi e gestire il gruppo, esprimendo gli elementi che possono interferire. La tesi si conclude con un’esperienza, che va a rafforzare l’importanza della compattezza in équipe. Scopo: lo scopo di questo progetto è dimostrare e sensibilizzare i lettori sull’importanza dell’unione nel gruppo di lavoro, di fronte a pazienti con diagnosi psichiatrica, nello specifico in pazienti con disturbo di personalità complessa. Materiali e metodi: per la stesura del lavoro sono stati usati principalmente libri si testo. Sono state esposte le teorie di riferimento sui gruppi (principalmente di Lewin e Bion), le dinamiche che si possono venire a creare e l’analisi delle relative dinamiche che possono mettere in crisi il gruppo in assenza di un’adeguata cooperazione. Risultati: il prodotto spiega che un’adeguata cooperazione all’interno del gruppo di lavoro è proficua per il proseguimento del PTRP (Progetto Terapeutico Riabilitativo Personalizzato). Conclusioni: le conclusioni di questo lavoro di tesi portano all’esaltazione della cooperazione dell’équipe e di quanto questa sia efficace in un ambiente di comunità psichiatrica. È stata messa in luce l’importanza della compattezza, non soltanto con il disturbo di personalità complessa, ma anche con altri tipi di utenza.
