Giochiamo seriamente: la formazione outdoor per il cambiamento in azienda

This thesis aims to highlight a type of professional training other than the traditional lecture in which an expert of the topic is "only", in a certain sense, in front of the learners and the transmission of knowledge is entrusted to his knowledge and his ability to make themselves understood and arouse interest. In this paper we present a case study of a training course that uses training methods such as Outdoor Training and Playback Theatre: inductive learning techniques that allow a non-technical training but that allow you to explore some aspects of the deeper parts of the subject.

Questa tesi vuole mettere in evidenza un tipo di formazione professionale altra rispetto alla classica lezione frontale in cui un esperto dell'argomento è ¿solo¿, in un certo senso, davanti ai discenti e la trasmissione del sapere è affidata alle sue conoscenze e alla sua capacità di farsi comprendere e suscitare interesse. In questo elaborato viene presentato un caso studio di un corso di formazione che utilizza metodologie formative quali l'Outdoor Training e il Playback Theatre: tecniche formative induttive che permettono una formazione non tecnica ma che consentono di esplorare alcuni aspetti delle parti più profonde del soggetto.
