.Lo scopo del lavoro , descritto nella tesi, è stato quello di valutare le abitudini alimentari nei bamibini in età scolare attraverso la compilazione di un questionario somministrato in una scuola elementare . Inoltre, ho voluto analizzare i menù somministrati ai bambini, considerando i metodi di cottura più appropriati, l'abbinamento tra primi, secondi e contorni, in modo da equilibrare il contenuto in nutrienti. Lo studio effettuato è stato fatto su un campione di circa 80 bambini tutti apparteneti ad una fascia di età compresa tra i 7 e gli 10 anni. Il questonario è stato realizzato con l'ausilio di psicologi infantili e suddivso in tre gruppi di domande per un totale di 63 domande. La prima parte di domande riguarda le abitudini alimentari, la seconda le abiutidini di vita del bambino e il terzo insieme invece, serve per capire il tipo di conoscenza che il bambino possiede sull' argomento alimentazione. Per quanto concerne il menù analizzato somministrato ai bambini, ho considerato i metodi di cottura più appropriati, l'abbinamento tra primi, secondi e contorni, in modo da equilibrare il contenuto in nutrienti.

As regards the menu administered to children and analyzed in this work, I have considered the most appropriate methods of cooking, the combination of main course and contours, in order to balance the nutrients content.
