The aim of my thesis is to present an evaluation of Chongqing economic experiment called "third hand". I tried to analyze three key points at its basis: role of vagueness of land property rights, role of state owned enterprises and role of Foreign Direct Investments. Then its implementation represented by reforms of 2007. After almost ten years, I dare to say that the experiment is working even with some structural critical issues. Its uniqueness and unreplicability (in a whole) rendono chongqing economic experiment unique.
